A Case of the Mondays

Top: Merona  /  Skirt:  Kathie Lee  /  Belt: Thrifted  /  Shoes:  Charlotte Russe  /  Necklace: Serrv
All but the shoes and necklace were thrifted

This morning was a case of the Mondays, no doubt.  These events happened within the first few hours of my day, and in no particular order ... I think.  This morning feels so far away and fuzzy, really.  Where is my coffee?!

-Woken by son #1 because his stomach hurt.  He went back to bed and fell back asleep.
-Woken up by son #1 being sick.
-Tried to sleep a little bit more.
-Realized son #1 needed to stay home, luckily husband volunteered.
-Felt relieved.
-Stepped outside to take a picture or five.  Lense fogged up immediately.
-No time to de-fog, and don't know what to do about that anyways.  Quickly handed hubby my phone. (hence the crappy phone pics)
-Drove son #2 and daughter to school.
-Arrived to work late.
-As I was finishing my extremely late breakfast, was snagged for a meeting of a committee of which I have no part, since a co-worker is on that committee and also not at work today.
-Spent two hours in a one-hour meeting.  Explain that to me, please.

The rest of the day went fairly well, so I probably shouldn't really complain.  It's just hilarious to me that mornings like the above almost always happen on Mondays.

    1. Thank you! It was apparently the color of the day. Almost everyone at work ended up wearing pink today.
