During my latest closet purge, I plucked this box of shoes off the shelf and thought about getting rid of them ... again.  I've had these shoes for what seems like forever.  Realistically, it's probably only been 11 years.  It feels like a life time away, and yet these shoes have held up so well.  They are literally the most comfortable heels I've ever worn.  I don't even feel like I'm wearing strappy heels!

I've paired these pants with the same old top and shoes ad nauseum, so I threw on a short sleeve tee from Target and these (old) heels and felt pretty darn good!

Surprisingly, this pair of shoes are not the oldest items in my closet.  That award goes to a lovely Green Day Dookie t-shirt that I painted myself in 8th grade ... yup, that's an actual thing.

What's the oldest item in your closet?
