I have been using the Boscia Pink Peppermint Blotting Linens, and they're amazing. At lunch time, I blot my skin to get rid of excess oil. Boscia's blotting linens take away the oil without disturbing my makeup. They are a must for my purse!
One of my favorite affordable powders is the L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Powder. I have it in my purse, and I apply it to my t-zone midday if my face is getting shiny. After I've blotted away the oil, the powder makes my face look brand new.
This is a great, refreshing product to have in your purse during the day. If my powder ends up looking too powdery, a quick spritz of a hydrating mist like Glossier Soothing Face Mist takes care of it. The rose and aloe scent is perfect for making you relaxed and revitalized for the afternoon.

No, I don't keep my entire makeup collection in my purse, but I do have a couple of makeup essentials in case I need more than powder and facial spray. The Becca Beach Tints are tiny and perfect for the hand bag. A little dab will do you, and your cheeks will be looking radiant again. Same with the Benefit High Beam. You'll look as fresh as you were when you got to work.
If you're lips are feeling parched, a little moisture will go a long way. A quick swipe of the Neutrogena MoistureSmooth Color Stick (I have Sweet Watermelon), leaves you with hydrated lips and a little natural color. Any tinted lip balm will do, so pick your fave and throw it in your bag. Personally, I want to try the Glossier Balm Dotcom (how cool is the name?).
Quick tip: if your lashes look droopy during the day, keep a small mascara sample in your makeup pouch. A quick retouch midday will have your peepers looking wide awake again, and it only takes a few seconds. Right now I have Benefit's They're Real in my pouch, but I rotate through mascaras quite often.
How do you keep your complexion looking naturally radiant during the day?
