Makeup Monday: Current Nail Polish Faves

A month or two ago, I did a huge purge of my nail polish collection.  I've had so many polishes for years that were just sitting there that I threw out.  Then, I took a long hard look at the rest of the polishes that were still good and decided that a lot of them weren't my style anymore.  I even had multiple polishes that were practically the same color!  I pared down my polishes to the ones that I absolutely love.

Here are five that made the cut.

Current Polish Faves 1

OPI Casino Royale

I am partial to this polish, because Casino Royale is one of my favorite James Bond movies.  I actually bought this polish when I wasn't really into dark colors.  I've been wearing darker colors as of late, so this is perfect now!

Lauren B Beauty #ImSoLA

This was in one of my Petit Vour boxes.  This color is so much fun.  In my opinion, it's the kind of blue-toned bright pink that can go with a lot of different outfits.  It's bright without being too in your face.

Julep Shelby

I so miss getting my Julep box every month, but I am set for nail polishes for a long time.  Julep's formula is one of the best I've tried.  Although I've had one or two colors that weren't completely opaque in one coat, most of the time I do one coat and I'm done.  They have a huge color range, and the box is tailored to your style.  This color Shelby is so pretty.  I am drawn to blue nail polish, and this one is pretty classy.

Julep Whitney

Again with the Julep!  I could talk all day about my favorite Julep colors.  This gorgeous almost-greige is perfect for every day.  You could easily dress it up with a sparkly polish or leave it as is.

Deborah Lippmann It's Raining Men

Deborah Lippmann is amazing.  If you want classy colors that are timeless in a formula that lasts for days, this is for you.  They have gorgeous colors that are more every day, but they also have fun glittery and shimmery colors as well.  This polish is well worth the price!

I hope you find a polish you like!  Let me know what you've been loving!
