CRUELTY FREE BEAUTY | PETIT VOUR SEPTEMBER 2017

Another month, another Petit Vour box!  In case you're new to my Petit Vour posts, Petit Vour is an organic, natural, cruelty-free, and vegan beauty subscription box.  Each month I share what I receive.

Petit Vour costs $18 per month, and you get 4-5 items.  There is one full size product in each box, and the rest of the items are deluxe samples.  Through Petit Vour, I've found only specific, individual products that I love but also brands, as a whole, that I trust.

Check out what I got this month!

Each box contains an information card about the products included.  They also give information about their social media accounts and the monthly contest if you share their hashtag online.  the information card also concludes each item's price.  The first price is the value of the sample, and the second price is the price for the full size product.  I love that they show how much value goes into the box.  You definitely get more than $18 worth of products.

Osmia Nectar Vital Rose Drops, $98 for the full size

This serum adds more hydration to your normal moisturizer or serum.  These smell so wonderful.  They smell like rose and jasmine, but the scent is not overpowering.  I added three drops to my night time moisturizer.  My night time moisturizer is currently an oil, so my face looked very slick and greasy.  When I woke up, my face was very hydrated and healthy looking.  Over night, all the oil had soaked in and my face no longer looked greasy.  It felt so smooth!  These definitely added an extra level of hydration that my face needed.

This serum feels so amazing on my skin, but the price tag has me hesitating on purchasing the full size.  Seeing as how it's just an additive to my current skincare I'm just not sure if the price tag would be worth it to me.

Fior Minerals Concealer, full size $24

Just this week, I ran out of my go-to concealer.  This Fior Minerals Concealer arrived at the perfect time.  My undereyes have some serious circles.  Unfortunately, I can't do much about them, but a double layer of concealer usually does the trick.  I've been using this Fior Minerals Concealer over my RMS Beauty Un-Cover Foundation Concealer.  So far, so good!  I've had minimal creasing, medium coverage, and no dryness with this Fior Minerals Concealer.  Time will tell if I splurge for the $24 full size.

Au Naturale Cosmetics Su/Stain Lip Stain, $25

This month's full size product was this gorgeous lip stain.  I've always loved the idea of a lip stain, but the vast majority of the ones I've tried leave me with dry, wrinkly lips.  This stain from Au Naturale Cosmetics is very smooth, pigmented, and it smells delicious.  This shade, which is En Pointe, is the perfect dark neutral for fall.  As far as wear time, the intense pigmentation is on my lips for 4-5 hours.  The stain lasts all day, but after the 4-5 hour mark it does show signs of wear.  I would highly recommend this lip stain if you're looking for a new one.
