Another month, another Stitch Fix!  I requested another box of Stitch Fix outfits from my favorite stylist, Nicole.  She always nails my style.  This time, I requested a box of bottoms.  Pants and shorts are always the hardest items to shop for, in my experience.  You all know the routine, I'll be showing you what I got, what I think about the pieces, how much they are, and what I kept/sent back.  This was a tough fix, because I had a hard time decided on one item.

Just USA Katara Distressed Frayed Hem Capri Skinny Jean

Can we pause for a moment and chuckle at how capri pants are actually ankle pants on me?  This pair of jeans is the exact inseam I love, so I'm not going to waste any time telling you that I kept them.  I tossed my paper with the prices, so I can't remember how much these were.  If you follow me on Instagram, you'll have already seen these in numerous outfits.  These are so comfortable.  I love the distressed details (I have always loved distressed jeans & I probably always will), the material is breathable and stretchy.  I can definitely wear these during the summer.  Anyone else out there who wears jeans during the summer?

Just Black Ethan Split Hem Capri Skinny Jeans

The color of these capri jeans is perfect, but the style is not.  These throw me back to the 2000's when everyone wore this awful length of capri.  These would probably look better on someone who is less hippier than I.  These were sent back.

Dear John Finnegan Printed Short

These are so cute!  Looking at these pictures makes me wish I'd kept these shorts.  The print is so fun.  I remember why I sent them back, and that was because I'd probably only style this with a white shirt.  I couldn't think of any other shirt I own that would compliment this print.  The print is fun & so, so pretty but I don't want to buy something that can only be worn one way.  These were sent back.

Market & Spruce Lorraine Printed Short

How cute are these?  We didn't take an up-close shot of the pattern, but it's red lobsters!  I had such a difficult time making a decision about these.  I love the preppy feel, and I could mix and match them with three different colors (red, white, and blue).  But, I loved the distressed jeans more than these shorts.  These were sent back, but it was so hard!

Vince Camuto Shawn Drawstring Chambray Straight Leg Pant

Let's just get one thing out of the way -- these look awful on me.  Since this fix, I've ordered a pair of black drawstring pants that look way better.  I think the straight leg does absolutely nothing for my shape.  The black drawstring pants that I've ordered since (from thredUP) are more tapered.  They're almost like a skinny peg but with a little extra room.  They look so much better than these.  If these had been tapered, I probably would've kept them.  The inseam was obviously too long as well, but that's an easy fix.  I did love the material and quality of these, but the shape was wrong.  These were obviously sent back.

It was so much fun getting an all-bottoms fix!  My next fix will be an all-work-tops fix, and I'm so excited to share it with you all.
