This weekend, I received my Umba Box for June 2012. This is the second month of the 3-month subscription that I won through a giveaway on Elsie’s blog. This month featured two businesses: Lucid New York and The Candied Flower.
The item from Lucid New York was this 14K gold filled necklace. I wore this on Saturday to a family function and I received lots of compliments! It is delicate and simply beautiful. I love it!
The other items were these lollies from The Candied Flower. The flavors are Cuban Mojito and Orange Blossom. Aren’t they pretty?! I love gourmet lollipops. They just feel a little extra special when you know someone has taken the time to make them by hand! I ate the Orange Blossom lollie on the way to said family function and it was delicious! Just enough sweet and a lot of flavor. I am saving the Cuban Mojito for when I need a little extra treat one evening this week. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I like to eat something sweet after dinner most nights. This one will be saved for when I can relax in peace and quiet and enjoy it!
I hope you enjoyed seeing what I got this month. One more month! I will be sad to not be getting these boxes every month after my subscription expires.
