I’m trying this outfit again, with the skirt higher and also with a belt. Surely, that’s no surprise to anyone who has read my blog for any amount of time.
Oh, Thursday-Friday, you’re here and I couldn’t be happier. There are only two weeks left in this awesome-awful summer schedule. That’s right, just as my Thursday has multiple personalities (it’s Thursday, but it’s also ‘Friday’!), so does this stinkin’ summer schedule. Sure, I get Friday off but when you work four 10’s in a row, your Friday is less appealing because all you want to do is sleep.
I don’t. Sleep, that is. Friday is for running errands and cleaning and things like that, so our weekend is left to be a true weekend. In that sense, I love it.
But, geez. I’m so tired. Also, to ‘celebrate’ the end of summer (your sarcasm radar should be off the charts right now), I’m having two wisdom teeth cut out on my last Friday off. Whee!
