The title of this post has nothing to do with my mental state, but rather with the fact that my head/hair has disappeared into the trees in these pictures. Isn’t that funny? It’s also a good thing — you are not being subject to my hair in all it’s frizzy glory, as I wore it au naturel today.
These pink shoes have been in my closet forever. They were gifted to me by a coworker who, at random times throughout the year , gives me shoes. Just…. gives them to me! It’s incredibly nice of her, to think of me when her shoes don’t want to live with her anymore. They gladly come to live in my closet. In fact, when I was planning this outfit for today, I was choosing between these shoes and a pair of white sandals she had given me. I had the sandals on first and thought it would be awesome if my toenails were pink. A shot of pink is so pretty with bright white. However, I took the easy way out — I covered up my sparkly taupe toenails with pink shoes. Much easier and no chance of smudging.
