Top was gifted, Dress and shoes were thrifted
Oh, this dress. I thought it was going to be the shining star of my remix, but I just couldn’t do anything else with it. Originally, after I thrifted it, I had plans to hem it. Let’s take a look at that hem, shall we? Do you notice anything? …It might be hard to see. The hem is so wide! And I really like that part of it. Long story short, I’m not sure if I’m just going to whack it off and sew a skinny hem, since that’s easier for me. Or! Be all sew-y and whack it off and sew a wide hem. I dunno. We’ll see.
Can you tell I’m procrastinating with my homework, thus rambling about absolutely nothing?
Well, now you know!
Well, that is it for the remix. That was #30 and I am a little sad to see it go. I find remixes are refreshing, because (a) too many choices can be overwhelming at times, thus limiting them can be nice and (b) I truly appreciate my favorite pieces in my closet after a remix, whether they were included in the remix or not.
