I don’t
think I’ve mentioned this before, but I am a huge fan of the Revlon Lip
Butters. Maybe I’ll do a post on them one day, although I could
probably sum them up in three words: surprisinglypigmented, creamy,
long-lasting. Oh, and worth the money!
Anyways!
The favorite in the blogosphere and youtube-o-sphere at the moment is
Red Velvet and since they were ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off’ at Walgreens not
too long ago, I figured, why not? Blogs
and Youtube don’t lie! It’s an amazing color. For a red, it’s very
easy to wear . I have a hard time finding good reds, since I’m so pale.
I think that pale skin and deep red lipstick is a gorgeous look but not
one I can pull off all the time.
Revlon
has two reds in this line — Red Velvet and Candy Apple. I own both
and already know that I’ll be gravitating towards this one more. And
wouldn’t you know it? I wore this outfit and lip butter to our office
Christmas party and left the lip butter at home. What did I end up
wearing most of the day? Candy Apple, since it was in my desk drawer.
Okay, here’s a question for you. What is your stance on cheesy Christmas jewelry? Cute or cheesy?
