I
have been in love with maxi dresses and skirts lately! In this North
Carolina heat, I don’t want to wear skinnies or leggings during the summer. However, shorts aren’t my favorite things to wear. Maxi dresses and skirts are a
perfect way to stay cool and breezy during the summer without exposing a
lot of skin. It’s a win-win for me!
The
fun colors of this dress make a beautiful statement for the summer.
You could easily dress it up with wedges and a clutch. The orange in the accessories ties in with the orange on the large dots. If flats are your thang, this could be dressed down with nude flat sandals and medium-sized satchel. I’m not one for matchy-matchy accessories, but in this case I would go that route. The dress is busy and you don’t want to take away it with busy accessories.
