Tops were gifted
So, I bought this maxi skirt at Target last year and didn’t really know what to do with it. It didn’t get worn often. Since then, I’ve searched for maxi skirt/dress inspiration online. Turns out (and please since my sarcasm), all you have to do is wear a tee or two and some flat sandals. Voila! I’m excited all over again for this skirt. I’m fairly sure we will be bff’s all summer.
Not to mention, the colors in this skirt are basically perfect for this weekend. We’re headed to the beach , and you better believe I’m taking this outfit with me to wear for our Fourth of July festivities. If I’m in a pinch, this will double as a beach blanket. Hmmm.. now, that’s an idea for a post! 50 uses for maxi skirts!
That being said, I’ll be taking a blogging break this weekend, since we won’t have any internet connection at the beach. I hope you all have a safe and fun Fourth of July holiday! And I’ll see you on Saturday with some red/white/blue inspiration, because we’re patriotic all the time ’round here!
