I don’t think I’ve worn a high-low dress or skirt in quite a few years. I think it looks a little juvenile on me. But, this dress looks so sophisticated! Of course, I love the color. Cobalt is one of my current favorite colors. I love to pair it with my other two favorite colors — black and cognac!
