On with the show! Here are the samples I got this month.
I have been on the verge of purchasing this product online (without sampling) so many times. I’ve heard a lot of good things. This is an oil-free formula that leaves a soft, velvety finish. It also controls oil. So, it basically sounds like what my skin needs. I’m so glad I received a sample of this! The shade I got is Linen.
Laura Mercier Full Blown Volume Supreme Mascara
I do believe that mascara is one of my favorite beauty products to try! Isn’t it fun to try different formulas and brushes? Hopefully I’m not alone with that. Anyways! This is the first Laura Mercier mascara I’ve had a chance to try. It is water-resistant and claims to lengthen, volumize, and curl, without clumping and flaking.
TONI&GUY Classic Shine Gloss Serum
Last month, I had my hair cut shorter and started using a TONI&GUY hair spray. I was so impressed with the hair spray, I’ve been keeping my eye out for other products to try. I was pretty excited when I saw this in my box. I like to use oils or serums on my ends, since I heat style the heck out of it.
Gilchrist & Soames Spa Therapy Body Lotion
I love getting little spa-esque samples in my Birchbox. When I go out and purchase body wash or lotion, I tend to get something inexpensive like Dove or Jergens or something like those. It’s so nice to have a tiny little spa treat to use for a while, and then I go back to my usual stuff. This smells so good and it feels nice on my skin. It’s actually not too expensive. A full size is $15.
Chuao Chocolatier Honeycomb ChocoPod
I first tried these ChocoPods last year. The flavor I tried was Firecracker, and it was so good (which was surprisingly, since it is popping candy covered in dark chocolate). This one is Honeycomb, and it was very good. It mostly tastes like dark chocolate, which I love, with a smooth after taste of honey.
Royal Apothic Cuppa Cuppa Firming Tea Treatment Mask
How amazing does this sound? And how cute is this sample?! This mask is supposed to firm and brighten your skin in just eight minutes. I’ve had great results with other facial products containing tea, so I hope this one is great as well!
