I was provided these items to style in an outfit. All opinions are, and always will be, 100% my own.

Friends, my husband and I are doing something that we’ve never done before. We’re going to a late candlelit Christmas Eve service (insert dun dun duuuun) with the kids! It starts way past their bed time, and I doubt they will appreciate it like my husband and I will. One of my favorite Christmas traditions is Christmas Eve service. When I was growing up, we went to the regular service. Later, when I was older, I would go to the midnight service. Church at night, and at Christmas, feels so special and serene. Even though the kids (might not) appreciate it now, I hope it will become a tradition that they love when they’re older.
So, yeah. Fussy kids means my outfit needs to be fuss FREE, which is why this Boohoo dress is perfect. It is actually quite thick and soft for being polyester. I absolutely love it. It’s simple and the cutout details are perfect. I know that turquoise and red are not a traditional Christmas color combination, but I love how they look together. I love how all of these items will be appropriate beyond the holiday season.
What Christmas traditions do you have with your family?
(Oh, and ps, I will be throwing on a completely unfashionable coat to stay warm. I would say ‘that’s a photo for another day,’ but no. No, it’s not. My coat is completely functional and warm but pretty it is not).
