This outfit is easily the most confusing outfit I’ve ever worn.
Why, you ask? (or, maybe you’re not asking .. that’s okay, too)
This is one of my favorite skirts, but it used to be a dress. I found it at Goodwill. It had a weird flimsy tank top as the top portion of the dress. It absolutely did not match the quality of the skirt portion. I had the top portion cut off and the zipper fixed. This top, that’s not actually a top, is really a dress.
So, this outfit is a dress worn as a top and a skirt (that used to be a dress) used as a dress. Quite a lot of effort for a simple summery outfit!
