Every fall, I add a few cardigans to my closet. I love to throw cardigans over summer tops. Not only am I mixing/matching, but it also extends my winter wardrobe. In fact, that brings me to something I’ve been thinking about lately.
Every once in a while, I contemplate separating my clothing into seasons. I would love to have more room in my closet, and I’m at a point where I don’t want to get rid of anything. It would be nice to store off-season clothes in another closet (probably in vacuum-sealed storage bags) and only have current season clothes on hangers. But, this outfit is the perfect example of why I can’t do that. I wear spring/summer tops year round, because I just throw on a sweater or cardigan over them. I even wear jeans year round. I think separating my clothes would be more of a hassle, but at the same time I want to try dividing my clothes.
How do you store your clothes? Do you only keep current season items on hangers? Even though I already have an aztec cardigan, I’ve also been eyeing these on Shein’s website.
