I made the awful mistake of checking the weather for the next two weeks. Now, if you live in eastern NC, you’ll know why that’s an awful mistake. One, our weather changes its mind more than I change my underwear. We’re usually wearing coats in the morning and short sleeves in the afternoon. Two, our winter weather is pretty manic. So, the forecast for Christmas day might change before then…
But, guys. I’m gutted. It’s supposed to be in the 70s on Christmas!! That might be perfect for kids who get bikes or skates for Christmas …. but this is not cool! Christmas is supposed to be cold. I really hope we wake up to chilly weather. But, if we don’t, I will be prepared with my Stitch Fix sweater I got early this year. I bought it at a time when it was too warm for sweaters (even short sleeved sweaters!). But, I knew I would love it, so I kept it.
Rest assured, I’ll have two outfits planned for Christmas morning. This one if it’s warm … and my usual if it’s cold.
