I have used my Stitch Fix referral link throughout this post. If you click through and scheduled a fix, will receive a $25 credit. Thank you for using my link!
I haven’t ordered a Stitch Fix in a few months. I’m trying to be better about my budget, since we’re saving up to build a house. But! Two things happen in December — my birthday and Christmas. When you get a fix, a style card is included with your items. I always save mine, but I’ve misplaced it. It’s so weird, because I always keep my style cards. I’m afraid I might have thrown it out on accident, so.. I’ll be winging the names of my items!
Loveappella Raglan Tee
I really, really liked this tee. The material is soft and comfortable, and the sleeves were the right length for me. Typically, sleeves on regular tees are too long for me. Petite sizes are the best for my proportions, but this isn’t even a petite size! Part of me wanted to keep it simply for that reason, because it’s such a rarity. The one turn off for me was the color. I like the color, but it’s not the type of color I reach for on a regular basis. For the price (I think it was $48 or $58), I want something that I will wear a lot. I decided to send this one back.
Just Black Ankle Jeans
For this fix, I asked my stylist for ankle jeans. They are my favorite style of jeans to wear, because you can wear them with so many combinations of shoes and tops. I have a pair of jeans in this brand, and I absolutely love them. They are soft and stretchy, yet they still hold their shape. If I remember correctly, Just Black is an exclusive brand for Stitch Fix. I was on the fence about keeping these after I looked at these pictures. For some reason, they look incredibly tight around my knees. It doesn’t look like that in person, and they are so comfortable. I decided to keep these.
I can’t even remember the brand of this sweater. I was not impressed with it the moment I took it out of the box. The knit fabric is very open, so a tee or cami would be needed. I like the colors, but I don’t love the colors. When I tried it on, it was obvious that it was not going to work for me. It is a hi-lo sweater, but the front is too high for my body type. I decided to send this back.
I was also sent a sporty hi-lo jacket. It was very comfortable, but I don’t reach for this type of item very often. I would much rather wear a cardigan than a sporty jacket.
Street Level Addison Reversible Studded Tote
I had asked for a black purse, but I;d found one before my fix arrived. I decided to send this back, but I really liked it. If I hadn’t already found a purse, this would’ve been a keeper. It is reversible. The inside is a cognac color. It also comes with a small, coordinating pouch.
What do you think about the items I got? What would you have kept?
