To say that I am a makeup palette junkie would be an understatement. I don’t know what it is about palettes, but they are my weakness. The only thing that makes a palette better is to be small, travel friendly, and to have a mix of shimmery and matte colors. Today, I have a fun and easy makeup look featuring this Rodial Eyeshadow Palette, along with some other Rodial products.
First, I’m using this Rodial Compact Deluxe Banana Powder to set my foundation and minimize the redness in my skin. I love a finely milled powder, and this one definitely satisfies. It keeps the oil in my skin at bay. My skin looks very smooth and clear!
Using a small, fluffy eyeshadow brush and the Rodial Eyeshadow Palette, I apply the shimmery golden color all over my lids and into my crease.
Next, I take the light grey shade on a different fluffy brush and work it into my crease for a little more definition.
Using a small eyeliner brush, I take the shimmery golden color and smudge it along my lower lash line.
I’ve been applying my eyeliner a little differently lately. I’ve been using this Rodial Smokey Eye Pen on the outer edge of my lash line. I draw a thick line. Then, I take my pencil brush and smudge it along my lash line, toward my inner eye. This look has been my favorite lately, because it’s so easy. As I push the liner towards my inner eye, it naturally fades and looks slightly smokey.
To brighten up my complexion, I apply my current favorite blush to the
apples of my cheeks. That, along with my favorite nude lip gloss and a
quick swipe of mascara, completes the look.
