Last week, I shared a comfy work look using the Elegantees Lauren Dress without the coordinating sash. The dress + cardigan + sash was too much in that particular outfit. A couple weekends ago it was so hot that I wore the dress by itself. Typically, my office is freezing, so I will definitely pair this with a cardigan in the future for work. However, for the weekend, this is perfect by itself.
T-shirt dresses are the easiest way to get up and go on the weekends. Paired with some cute sandals and a necklace or earrings, there’s nothing easier when you want to focus on what you’re doing rather than what you’re wearing. The Elegantees Lauren Dress comes with a coordinating sash belt, and I think it’s so cute. It adds definition to the shape of the dress and accentuates my waist.
And since I’m a creature of habit and tend to just use the things I love vs. make each outfit perfectly matchy-matchy, I was also carrying my favorite Kate Spade satchel. This neutral color goes with so many outfits, I carry it all the time. But to be honest, I’m not interested in switching out my purse for every outfit. So although this literally does not go with every outfit, it’s my purse of choice at the moment.
