If there was a season for which I have a ‘uniform,’ fall is it. My favorite outfit is definitely a button-up, cardigan, skinny ankle pants, and pointy flats. It’s such a classic look, and it’s perfect for work. On this particular day, it took me from work to church (with a lot of driving to pick up the kids, go home, and then leave again, in between). My trusty chambray tops have never let me down. Although I have lots of shades of chambray, this mid-tone color wins out every time.
Of course, you can never have too much of a good thing when you’re wearing it nearly all the time. I’ve linked some more options down below, all at affordable price points. Speaking of shopping for duplicates, this cardigan has been a winner season after season! I found it at thredUP and have kept my eyes peeled for another one. I haven’t been lucky yet, but I do have a thredUP order coming my way that I can’t wait to share with you!
