This Colorescience redness corrector was sent to me for review. All opinions are mine alone.
One of my main skin concerns, aside from breakouts, is redness. Most of my redness comes from acne scars, so it’s definitely #2 on my list of concerns to address with my skin’s health. I’ve found that tending to my skin can be so important for my confidence. Not only do I feel more comfortable when I don’t wear make up but …. it feels really good to wear less makeup!
I wanted to share my thoughts on a product that I’ve been trying for a while. Colorescience is a brand I’ve heard about online for years, and I always hear good things about them. Not only are they cruelty free, but they make high quality, mineral makeup. One of their products that I really want to try is their brush-on mineral sunscreen. Since I’ve decided to support cruelty free brands, sunscreen has been on the forefront of my mind. The Colorescience sunscreen is definitely on my list of products to try.
Recently, they sent me the All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector. In case you’ve never heard of it, it is a product that you apply in between your last skincare step and your makeup in the morning. This totally makes sense, because it is literally a combination of makeup and skincare. It not only neutralizes the redness in your skin, but it also works over time to diminish the redness. If you have sensitive skin, this is a really great product.
I’m sure you already know this, but my skin is very sensitive. Sometimes products that are intended for sensitive skin break me out. Thankfully, this product did not cause me to break out at all.

COLORESCIENCE REDNESS CORRECTOR – THE CLAIMS
The All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector claims to prevent 90% of skin aging, neutralize redness, and soothe sensitive skin. The formula contains subtle green undertones to minimize redness. It also contains SPF 50 UVA/UVB. Their patent pending BioSolace complex helps prevent ongoing relief from sensitive and the appearance of redness.
COLORESCIENCE REDNESS CORRECTOR – HOW TO APPLY
The application is very simple. The formula is kind of thick and has a tint. The directions say it goes on after your last skincare step and before your first makeup step. After I have moisturized my face, I applied 1-2 pumps of the All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector.

COLORESCIENCE REDNESS CORRECTOR – MY REVIEW
The difference is very obvious to me. My overall redness is toned down, and my complexion looks more even. This product also works as a primer. If you regularly use a primer under your foundation, you do not need to use a primer with the Colorescience All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector. I am incredibly happy with the way my skin looks when I use this. My ultimate goal is to have radiant, even & clear skin. This most definitely helps me achieve that.
I have one con that’s kind of a pro. I’ve found that wearing the usual amount of makeup can look very cakey throughout the day. That being said, I simply don’t have to use as much makeup. That really isn’t a bad thing, but it’s definitely something worth mentioning. Light layers of product have worked best for me. On days I’m not at work, I feel very comfortable wearing the only the corrector with powder. The best powder I’ve tried with this has been the RMS Beauty “Un”Powder (in color 0-1).
I would like to address the price, as always in my reviews. In case this is the first review of mine that you are reading, I do prefer higher end skincare but always try to find less expensive, yet effective, alternatives. There is not a less expensive alternative to this product. The All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector is $120 for 1 fluid ounce. Price point is such a personal aspect, and it’s all relative
to your own budget and concerns. Supporting a brand that is natural
and cruelty free is important to me, so I am happy to purchase this redness corrector when it runs out. It has addressed one of my major skin concerns, and I couldn’t be happier.
RECOMMENDATION
Overall, this has been an amazing product for my skin. This obviously isn’t a product for everyone because does address a specific skin concern. If you don’t have excessive redness in your skin, then I definitely would not recommend this for you. It’s certainly not worth the price if you don’t have redness. If you do have redness and are ready to find a product that will neutralize it and soothe your skin, I absolutely recommend this. As with most high end products, a little goes a long way; thankfully, this will last me a long while.
Have you ever tried the Colorescience All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
