One of the best things about February, besides Valentine’s Day, is that it was the month for the next installment of the Entertaining With Beth subscription box. If you’ve never seen these unboxings of mine before, you can them here and here. I’ve been a fan of Beth’s Youtube channel for years, so I might have squealed just a little bit when she announced her Entertaining with Beth subscription box.
February’s box arrived before Valentine’s Day, which couldn’t have been more perfect. There was a recipe included in the box that I made for Valentine’s Day. In fact, I made it three times in one week. It was definitely a hit!
ENTERTAINING WITH BETH SUBSCRIPTION BOX
I am a hand towel/tea towel/kitchen towel fanatic. Over the years, I’ve amassed quite the collection. In fact, I am such a fan, my mom gifted me a box of tea towels as a house warming gift when we moved last year. This turkish towel will be very happy in the kitchen, and right now it’s hanging over the handle of the oven door. I love the classic neutral colors.
Entertaining with Beth has included a French food item in each box so far, it makes me very excited to see what is in the April box. These cookies look amazing, but I haven’t cracked open the box yet. I’m waiting for the perfect weekend to make the ice cream recipe she included in the box. In fact, these cookies go with the ice cream recipe, as does the next item.
I am very pleased to introduce to you the most amazing ice cream scoop I’ve ever used. This is a scoop that has some sort of liquid in the handle so that the metal doesn’t freeze against the ice cream. We do have an ice cream scoop already that has that feature, but the shape of this scoop literally makes the prettiest scoops of the ice cream. The shape of the scoop is just right, so we are very happy to use this. As soon as we make the salted caramel ice cream recipe that was included in the Entertaining with Beth box, I will share it on Instagram.
Cherry Ridge Wood Inc Wooden Trivet
Along the same lines as my kitchen towels, I love unique trivets. We have trivets of all shapes, sizes, and designs. This beautiful wood trivet will go very well in our kitchen, since that are already so many wood tones in it. As Beth has done with all the boxes, this item kind of goes along with the next one. I have to say, she does a great job with using a theme in her boxes. All the items are amazing on their own, but they can also be used together.
This was such a surprise in the box! I am a huge fan of Lodge cast iron pans. I even have one of their dutch ovens. It’s a really great quality brand at an affordable price. This mini skillet is the 6 inch size. It goes along with the skillet cake recipe that she included in this box. You can find her recipe here, along with the same recipe formulated for a crowd. This is the recipe I’ve made three times so far. It’s so delicious, and it tastes like it came straight from a restaurant in the best way.
I hope you enjoyed this little unboxing! Please let me know if there’s anything you have questions about the Entertaining with Beth subscription box.
