It’s no secret that I love The Flourish Market. Emily is an amazing person who has a heart for vulnerable communities all over the world. When I made one of my goals this year to include more ethical and slow fashion, The Flourish Market was at the front of my mind. I don’t mean to exaggerate, but I want a closet full of The Flourish Market pieces (and Everlane and Blue Indigo and Hackwith House Design and Nisolo and second hand.. the list goes on).
I am always on the look out for Em’s new arrivals (and stalking pieces that have caught my eye that I haven’t snapped up yet). She shares a lot of new arrivals over on their instastories, and I think this dress was featured. I either saw it in the online shop as a new arrival or saw it on instastories, but either way I knew this would be a fun dress. It sold out, but I snagged it as soon as it was restocked.
I wore this on Sunday for church, and it was very comfortable. You might have seen how I styled it on Instagram, since I share all of my daily outfits there. On that day, I paired with my favorite cargo jacket (also from The Flourish Market), and I love it. That outfit will definitely be a repeat!
