Has it been hot where you live? It’s been absolutely boiling here in eastern NC, so I’ve been switching out my normal hot coffee for something lighter and iced. Honestly, I don’t shy away from a hot drink no matter what the season is, but with the heat index creeping past 100 some days it’s time to break out the cold drinks!
I’d been seeing lavender lattes practically everywhere on social media. Since I couldn’t find that option at any of my local coffee shops, I took matters into my own hands and made my own! I really prefer to cook and mix up my own concoctions in our kitchen, so this was a lot of fun for me. The list of ingredients is short and sweet, so keep scrolling for the recipe!
