Every month, I try so hard to get my Petit Vour post posted before the end of the month. Since it arrives so close to the end of the month, sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle. Being that last week was the ferst week of school, this post definitely wasn’t priority! I thought it would be still be helpful for me to share what I got, especially because the full size product is pretty amazing.
Hands down, Petit Vour has been my favorite beauty subscription box. The value they provide is so much more than $18, which is how much the box costs every month. I’ve been exposed to so many brands I never would’ve tried. Alternatively, I’ve also discovered products that aren’t worth my money, which is just as valuable as knowing what to purchase.
Odacite Black Mint Cleanser (sample)
The plus side of posting this a little bit later than normal is that I’ve been using this cleanser and can firmly say that I like it. It’s not earth-shattering, but it’s great. It gives my skin a refreshing feeling, due to the mint, and it’s a great second cleanser for me. I haven’t tried to remove my makeup with this, as I don’t think it would do well with that. The formula is a little watery, so I have to be careful about making a mess. Overall, it’s nice but I probably won’t purchase this in a full size.
Formulary 55 Sea Clay Body Mask (full size)
I have not tried this product yet, as I’m saving it for a pampering evening. Since this is a body mask, I imagine it’s going to make a bit of a mess. We have a very large tubs, so it shouldn’t be too hard to clean up if it’s messy. So far as I can tell, this detoxifies your skin and removes impurities and excess oils without stripping your skin.
St. Tropica Coconut Hot Oil Hair Mask (full size)
My skin has been incredibly dry lately, so I am eager to try this the next time I wash my hair. This is supposd to reverse damage and strengthen and thicken hair from root to tip. The oil is contained in this packet, so I obviously haven’t opened it to peek at it or anything. I am very curious about this. If you’ve tried this, please let me know!
Eye of Horus Brow Define in Dynasty (full size)
I was absolutely shocked to see a full size brow product in this box! Doing my brows is one of my essentials for everyday, even if I’m having a no-makeup makeup day. There’s just something about filled in brows that just makes my face look put together. I have not tried this one yet, because I’m still using my previous brow pencil. The jury is still out on whether this will replace my beloved brow pencils (ABH and NYX).
