Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and I’ve been thinking up cute outfit ideas using pieces I already own in my closet. Lately, I’ve been super happy with the shoes I own. Last year, I was intentional in all my clothing purchases and added quite a few pairs of shoes to my wardrobe. I have three options for date night shoes that offer a little something for everyone!
Spoiler alert: I do not like wearing uncomfortable shoes! Yes, I have a couple of pairs of heels in this mix, but I can honestly walk comfortably in them.
First up, the high heels. If you have trouble with heels, you should definitely go for more of a chunky heel. I used to love stilettos when I was younger, but now I love a chunkier heel. These Vince Camuto heels are some of my faves. They aren’t my favorite shoes to wear to work, but they are perfect for a date night. I have them in two colors, but I’d love to snag more!

Next up, here’s a lower heel option. The Vine Camuto heels are about a 3.5 inch. These next heels are a 3 inch. You wouldn’t think half an inch would feel very different, but it does! These are my favorite work shoes. Right now, I have them in three different colors. You can see in the pictures below that I have a nude pair and a pink pair. The third color I own is black. Like the previous pairs, I’d love to have just a couple more colors.

Last, but certainly not least, I have a pair of feminine flats to recommend. You all might know my love of Nisolo shoes. If not, they are an amazing company that is doing good things! They are one of the ethical companies that I very happily support. They make gorgeous leather shoes, and these Ava flats are just one of my many pairs. They are perfect for work or date night, so I love their versatility. Sadly, they are not on their site at the moment. But, I highly recommend any of their flats as they’re comfortable and high quality.

Do you have any plans for Valentine’s Day? I might suggest to my husband that we try The Boiler Room in Kinston. I’d love to hear what you have planned!
