A couple weeks ago, when I shared my Spring Wardrobe Refresh, I was pretty excited about one pair of shoes. I branched out a bit and purchased a pair of espadrille sneakers. To be 100% honest, I have not worn them out of the house yet. I did wear them around inside to try them out and make sure I didn’t want to return them. Today, I’ll be sharing how to style espadrille sneakers. They’re definiely casual, but I’ve put together a couple of nicer outfits as well.
I’ll share some outfits straight from my closet soon, but for now I really don’t know what to do with them. Maybe I went too far out of my comfort zone? These outfits are just some ideas I’m running with right now. We’ll see what I like as the season goes on!
First up, a super casual weekend look. I don’t have a white dress, but I do have a very, very pale chambray halter dress. The backpack keeps it super casual but also gives you a place to put all your weekend essentials while you’re out and about.

Next up, a slightly nicer casual look is perfect for casual Friday (or Thursday, in my case). I love white ankle jeans in the summer, and I especially love an almost-all-white outfit. It really gives all the attention to the shoes. It wouldn’t be a ‘Rebecca’ outfit without a touch of cognac, so this tote would be perfect.

I love a preppy summer look. This linen blend top would be perfect tucked into this paper bag waist skirt. I love how the straw bag coordinates with the espadrilles so well. I could definitely see myself wearing this to church this summer.

I think it’s safe to say that I’ll be pairing these sneakers with white, navy, light blue, and cognac. This has given me a lot of inspiration for these espadrille sneakers that are slightly out of my comfort zone. How would you style these sneakers?
