This month’s Petit Vour unboxing and mini reviews are ready! I’m so excited to share my Petit Vour April 2019 box with you.
When we returned from vacation, I was so happy to find my Petit Vour box in my pile of packages. My skin broke out so much during our trip, I was excited to try a couple of these products. Let’s check out the Petit Vour April 2019 box!

Caley Beach Babe Natural Brows, $14
This month’s full size product is for the brows! Right at the end of our trip, I ran out of my brow pencil. So, this brow pencil was a welcome surprise. The formula was very nice. A little goes a long way, and it has a waxy texture that kept my brows in place all day. Unfortunately, this color is too dark for me. I will try to use it sparingly at times so it doesn’t go to waste. At $14, I would definitely try a lighter shade.

Juice Beauty Antioxidant Serum, $48 full size
I have long been a fan of Juice Beauty. This antioxidant serum does a ton of things, such as protecting your skin from free radicals, reducing wrinkles with peptides, and keeping your skin hydrated with hyaluronic acid. Unfortunately, I think this is the type of product you have to use for a while before you see results. I haven’t had an adverse reaction to this, but I also haven’t seen any improvement in my skin.
If you’re interested in this product, I would definitely read through reviews of it from people who have used it longer. I do like hyaluronic acid for my skin, so I will use up this sample. If I have any monumental thoughts about it in the future, I will add to this review.

Blissoma Refine Clay Renewal Treatment, $40 full size
To preface this mini review, I have to say that I used to love clay masks. My previously, combo/very oiliy skin loved to be dried up by a clay mask. I have since let my clay masks take a back seat to my more hydrating ones, aside from my Formulary 55 masks. Side note: the Formulary 55 clay masks are SO good.
I used this mask with reserve, because I was really afraid of it drying out my skin. I’m really happy to say it didn’t, but I also won’t use this a ton. I think the Formulary 55 masks have just been so, so good, they’ve basically ruined all other clay masks for me (oh, and the Pixi Glow Mask is good, too!). This one doesn’t dry out my skin, but my skin also doesn’t feel as hydrated as the Formulary 55 and Pixi ones make my skin feel. If you prefer clay masks that are a bit more drying, this is a good one for you to try.

EiR NYC Active Face Wash, $20 full size
If I’m not mistaken, this is another full size product for this month’s box. I was excited to try another product by EiR NYC. This cleanser is supposed to break up any dirt, makeup, or sunscreen and leave your skin very clean. The description says it also makes acne take a screeching halt, which was kind of a weird description. I’m not sure what ingredient makes acne go away, but my acne spots have gone away since I started using this at night. To be honest, it might be the facial wash that’s doing it and, rather, just the fact that we’re home and I’m using my normal skincare again. So far, I do like this. You get a lot of product in this little bottle, because it foams up. It smells really good, but you don’t like patchouli I can’t recommend it for you. Overall, I’m glad I got this. It’s a nice change from what I normally use.
As always, I hope these mini reviews are helpful. I know how daunting it seems when you switch from conventional beauty to a more natural or cruelty free routine. Let me know if you have any questions!
