I am so excited for today’s blog post. Earlier this year, I was sent Miranda Anderson’s book More Than Enough. I have been on quite a few book launch teams, but this has been one of the most exciting. Miranda’s podcast Live Free Creative is a really awesome podcast all about crafting a creative and intentional life. It’s right up my alley. The older I get, the more I want to be rid of the things that bog down my life and, instead, be surrounded by family and friends and (sometimes) things that make my life a little better.

I relate to a lot of the things Miranda talks about in her podcast, so I pre-ordered her book way before I was even accepted for the launch team. In fact!! I have two copies to give away over on my Instagram. Hope on over for a chance to win a copy.
But! I’m getting away from myself here. You don’t even know what the book is about. In a nutshell, More Than Enough is exactly what it says — it’s all about acknowledging the fact that where you are right now and what you own right now and the things that you’re doing right now are More Than Enough. You are always more than enough to accomplish the goals you want and craft the life you desire.
If you’re not familiar with Miranda or her podcast or her blog, I invite you to check out both of those along with her Instagram page. Her family went through what was essentially a No Buy for all of 2017. She and her family acknowledged that they had everything they needed for the year, or they would make do. Of course, they replaced consumable items. I feel like that goes without saying, but just to be clear they did replace consumable items.
Throughout their 2017 journey of less stuff and more adventure, Miranda learned many lessons along the way that are in this book. Just like her blog and podcast, she gives real life, tangible ways to acknowledge that where you are is more than enough.
This book has reached re-read status for me, and that is saying a lot. I very rarely read a book more than once. But, I have to warn you (jokingly), this book will make you want to sell all your things and live minimally!
And guess what? You could absolutely do it, because everything you have and everything you are is more than enough.
You can find Miranda’s book More Than Enough on Amazon.
Thank you so much to Miranda and her team for sending me an early copy to read! As always, I work with brands that are near and dear to my heart & it brought me so much joy to work with Miranda on this book launch.
