My Petit Vour box was sent to me. I only share products that I use and love. I have been subscribed to Petit Vour for years & love getting it every month! Thank you for supporting the brands that support this blog!
Welcome to my Petit Vour post for August 2019. My Petit Vour August 2019 box arrived this weekend and I am really excited to share all my thoughts with you. In case this is the first Petit Vour post you’ve come across, let me share a few details with you.
Petit Vour is a cruelty free, natural, vegan, organic beauty subscription box. They also have a site where they sell more than just beauty products! For $18 a month, you are sent 4-5 products to try. There’s always a full size product in the mix, and the value is always more than $18. I’ll have a few of my past posts linked at the bottom of the post.

One thing that I love about Petit Vour is that you don’t get a perfume sample every month, which has been my experience with other beauty boxes. The perfumes they do include are thoughtfully created and natural, such as this Petite Histoire Envie Desoir natural perfume oil. This smells divine. I love floral scents. The notes are violet and rose. I love it! Honestly, I won’t purchase it because I don’t wear perfume every day. Perfume samples are more than enough for me.

derma e Essential Radiance Toner
I really like having multiple toners in my skincare routine. I switch them in and out of my routine as my skin’s needs change. If my skin is dry, I’ll use a rose toner. It needs some exfoliation, I’ll use one like this Radiance Toner from derma e. I’ve always been curious about the derma e, but for some reason simply never tried. It’s relatively affordable at the drugstore. I really like this one, but I will not use this when my skin is dry. I had a little bout of dryness earlier this year, and it turned out my glycolic acid toner was making it worse. This is great a couple times a week!

Honua Hawaiian Skincare Pa’akai Cleansing Cream
This product shocked me! I am usually not a fan of creamy cleansers, because they tend to leave a film on my skin. I’m just not a fan of that feeling after I wash my skin. However, this one was creamy and did not leave a film behind. I really love this and I’ve been using it every day since my box arrived.

Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum
This has been a long time favorite of mine. Back when my skin was breaking out all the time, this kept the break outs at bay. Now, my oldest son is having some break outs. I’ve given this to him, because it worked so well for me. So, this is an amazing product, but I don’t need it anymore. If you’re looking for a treatment for your acne, I would definitely try this! It’s worth every penny.
Harvest Natural Beauty Lengthening Organic Mascara
I love trying new mascaras. I’m always on the hunt for my next favorite natural mascara. Right now, nothing compares to the Colorescience Mascara. I simply haven’t found anything as good. Sadly, this Harvest Natural Beauty didn’t do much for my lashes. I have short, straight lashes that really need volume to give them some oomph. With all that being said, I don’t like to waste products that I don’t like, so I will apply this with another mascara to (1) get the look I want and (2) use it up.
That’s it for this month’s Petit Vour post! I hope you enjoyed these reviews. I love sharing all the products I discover, and please leave me any feedback!
