This weekend, the Sephora VIB started. If you’re a Rouge member, you probably shopped early on Friday, November 1. Rouge members get 20% off their orders November 1 – November 6. On November 7, the sale opens up to other VIB members, with VIB members getting 15% off their orders and Insider members getting 10% off their orders. The sale ends November 11. Today, I’m sharing my recommendations for the Sephora VIB sale.
I placed my Sephora VIB sale order on Friday, and it’s already on its way to me. I was honestly surprised, because sometimes their shipping is slow during this sale. When my package arrives, I will share the haul over on my YouTube channel.
My goal during this sale is to stock up on the things that I use all the time. I ordered some samples of new-to-me products, but all the full size products are repurchases.
Farmacy Clean Bee Gentle Facial Cleanser
This is my favorite facial cleanser. I use it in the morning and after I remove my makeup at night. It’s super gentle, hence the name, and the scent is calming. This is the third bottle I’v epurchased.
Tocca has beautiful scents. This Florence scent is my favorite, because it contains notes of gardenia. I always keep a tube of this in my purse.
L’Occitane Beauty Advent Calendar
I’ve always wanted to try an beauty advent calendar, and the sale seemed like the best time to get one. At 20% off $64 for all the products in the box (plus the excitement of opening a box every day in December), I am very excited to get my hands on this. I’ll have to hide this away until December!
I am a devoted Sunday Riley fan. I am convinced the brand can do no wrong. If you’ve never tried this product duo, now is the time! If you can buy one thing from the sale, make it this!
Marc Jacobs Noir Velvet Mascara
This is one of my two favorite mascaras. It’s amazing, and I’ve lost count of how many tubes I’ve purchased.
Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizer
I lied! This is a new-to-me product. I am about to run out of my day moisturizer (from Bioelements) and want to try something different. If this Vinosource doesn’t work with my skin, I will go back to the Bioelements one. However, I’ve tried the Caudalie Vinosource range before and loved the way my skin felt.
Hourglass Veil Translucent Setting Powder
Dare I say this is better than the Laura Mercier setting powder? Yes!! It is! If you want a very light setting powder that will last you forever, get this.
St. Tropez Self Tan Purity Water Gel
I don’t know why this is called ‘gel,’ when it is very much a liquid. At any rate, this is the best self tanner I’ve ever used. It doesn’t ruin your clothes or sheets, it’s buildable (for all my super pale friends out there), and it lasts a long time.
Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum
Move over Sunday Riley, Drunk Elephant is slowly winning me over. I started using this Vitamin C serum in June and could not get over how much it improved my skin. This is a firma (get it) favorite and a repurchase.
Murad Hyrdation 4-in-1 Prebiotic Cleanser
This is my makeup remover/first cleanse at night and it’s so good. It removes all my makeup and hydrates at the same time. I love it!
Not to leave out the hubby, he loves the Jack Black brand. I ordered him a couple back ups of his faves.
He’s doing No Shave November (and shaved off his beard before the month started!), so he won’t need this for a while. He likes this beard oil, so I decided to get a back up during the sale.
Devacurl Supercream Coconut Curl Styler
I ordered a sample of this to try. It’s been a while since I tried Devacurl. Since I’m wearing my hair more natural now, I want to give this brand another try.
I’m on the fence about what’s better for my hair — styling lotion or gel. We’ll see if I like this sample!
Glamglow SUPERTONER Exfoliating Acid Solution Toner
I’ve seen great results from the Glamglow products and I’m really excited to try this toner. With the amount of acids plus the witch hazel in this toner, I will probably start using this just once a week. It sounds intense and it will be fun to see the results!
