I was on the fence about sharing our Halloween front porch, because there really isn’t that much to it. However, if you’re like me, and you want something that’s just a little spooky with minimal effort, maybe this will inspire you. The kids always beg for those blow up Halloween decorations, but I just can’t find the motivation to go through all that effort. We like to keep it spooky and minimal around here!
Last year, we started off with just a little zombie, a few headstones, a little fence and skeleton. This year, we added a couple more headstones and the spider webs. We also have a black cat that howls when you walk by it … it is currently turned off because it’s made me jump more times than I care to share!

I bring out a couple of our faux jack-o-lanterns every October. They don’t look like much in the daylight, but I love them at night! We have a warm glowy LED candle in each that is perfect.

And of course, our pumpkins from the pumpkin patch last weekend are out now as well. We will carve those in a week or so and then the whole porch will be spooky and glowy! Don’t mind my very large, dead mums in the background of the last picture. We had an ant infestation in that pot. I tried remedy the situation by repotting it, but I believe the ants have come back again. Time to buy a new mum!
I hope this inspires your own Halloween front porch. Check out more Halloween content here.
