WHY I LOVE CLADWELL
I have talked about Cladwell many, many times over the years. In case you’ve never heard of it, it’s basically your wardrobe on your phone. Do you remember Cher’s wardrobe from Clueless? I basically wanted that growing up, and Cladwell has basically made my wardrobe dreams come true. You find the posts I’ve written about Cladwell here and here.
When you create your account, you will build your wardrobe in your Cladwell wardrobe. You don’t have to find the exact items, but you’re nearly guaranteed to find something similar. You can always add a picture if you prefer. Next, you’ll let Cladwell choose your outfits. It will have literal thousands combinations of clothes you already own.
Cladwell has made a lot of updates to the app over the years, and now you can favorite outfits you love and dismiss the ones you don’t. It’s so easy! You can also plan ahead as far as you want. Sometimes I do two weeks in advance. Anymore than that and the weather predictions aren’t accurate. My favorite feature is having multiple capsule wardrobes. For example, I have one for work and one for the weekend. I also have one for church, because I have dresses that I don’t wear for work but will wear for church. I’ve also used it to plan out vacation outfits.
