As much as I love skincare, there is one area of my body that I consistently neglect. That is, my legs. This summer, I had a small goal of incorporating body moisturizer into my nightly routine. I actually went through quite a few moisturizers! Today’s post is about the best body moisturizers.

First up, this would not be a post about body moisturizer if I didn’t mention Sol de Janeiro! I first tried their Bum Bum Cream five years ago and have been using it every since. The Bum Bum Cream is a warming moisturizer that is supposed to make your skin look smoother. Given that I have dry skin, it doesn’t take much to make my skin look smooth, so this has definitely been a winner for me. I don’t think it gets rid of cellulite, like it claims, but it definitely makes my skin look healthy.
Their products are known for being heavily scented, so you’ll definitely want to go in store and give them a sniff to make sure the scents don’t bother you. Scents typically bother me, and I usually avoid scents when I’m having a bad headache week, but these don’t give me a headache at all.
After they came out with the Bum Bum Cream, they released the Coco Cabana. The Coco Cabana moisturizer smells like caramel. It smells so good! The moisturizer is super charge with their açai and cupuaçu butter. It keeps my skin moisturized all day.
And third, their Bom Dia Bright Cream. It contains Vitamin C, which gives your skin a glow. The scent is warm and slightly spicy. Out of the three, this is definitely my favorite scent. I can definitely see a difference in my skin while I’m using it.

This next moisturizer is a little more pricey. I save it for when my skin really needs some pampering. This skin oil from L’Occitane is magical. It makes my skin look so good! If I could just bathe in this, I would; however, it is pricey so I save it for a true pamper sesh.

I’ve paired these next two together because they’re both from Necessaire, however I do use the Body Serum with other lotions. These are both fragrance-free, so perfect for those bad headache weeks I have occasionally. The lotion is really great; it sinks in and feels amazing on my skin. The Body Serum, however! It is literally amazing. I see such a long-lasting difference in my skin when I used it. It contains hyaluronic acid, so it helps keep the moisture on your skin longer. I pair this with every single moisturizer I use on my body. You can mix it together in your hands or you can apply the serum first with your moisturizer layered on top.
Thanks for reading about the best body moisturizers! Let me know what your favorite moisturizers are!
