It’s that time of the week again! I love Thursdays, don’t you? 🙂 Today is Thrifty Thursday here on Rebecca Lately, wherein I feature either items I have recently thrifted or an outfit of mostly (or all) thrifted items. Today, I have a couple of items to share with you.
I have been obsessed with dolman sleeves lately. I have a few from Forever 21 and one from Old Navy (which kind of shrank. When I handwashed it. Like, what??). And I found this one at Goodwill! I love this color. Would you call this teal or peacock? Either way, it’s gorgeous. It’s one size larger than I would normally get, but this is Forever 21 and we all know how well it was probably made…. But, anyways! What I’m getting at is that it might shrink and that would be okay, too. This is going to look great with skinnies or leggings.
Moving right along…
No, you are not looking at a child’s sweater. This is actually a grown up size. It’s from Izod’s petite line, so I guess that’s why it’s so short. It fits me perfectly. And we can all ignore how it looks like a girl version of Steve’s sweater from Blue’s Clues. It’s soft and shnuggly and I imagine it tucked into a pencil skirt in the fall. It’s definitely too thick for the summer! hashtagibuythingsoutofseason.
So, that’s it for today. I have a few more exciting items that I’ve found recently but I think I’ll save them for next week.
