I was provided the Hyperbiotics PRO-15 for review. All opinions are my own.
Back in February, I shared my supplement routine with you. In that post, I specifically mentioned that I take a probiotic supplement. I’ve never been concerned with a particular brand. In fact, I used to buy generic all the time. I was recently given the opportunity to try a brand name of probiotic and wanted to share my thoughts on them!
I discovered probiotics by accident a couple years ago, when I went through a yogurt-eating phase. I still eat yogurt, but at that time I was eating it every day. After a week or so of snacking on yogurt, I noticed that my skin was looking very good. Around the same time, I read about probiotics being good for your skin. It clicked, and I realized that my skin had most likely been improved from the probiotics in the yogurt. After I spoke with my doctor about adding them to my routine, I started buying probiotics supplements.
They’ve been in my routine ever since, but until recently I haven’t been concerned with buying a particular brand. Hyperbiotics supplied me with a coupon code to purchase a bottle of their PRO-15 probiotic supplement. I have to admit, I was a little nervous because this is more potent than the generic ones I had been purchasing. However, I’ve had no problems with them.
Hyperbiotics is special, because it has controlled release properties to insure that the probiotics reach your lower gut (which is where they’re needed!). The standard American diet does not supply our guts with the good bacteria that keep us healthy. Add to that overuse of antibiotics and other medications, and many of us have damaged immune systems.
Although I started taking probiotics to improve my skin, I’ve noticed my immune system has been improved. I don’t get sick nearly as much as I used to. My sensitive stomach has also been relieved. I have experienced so many benefits from Hyperbiotics PRO-15, and I believe it’s due to their high quality. One small (pun intended) fact I would also like to mention is that they are small pearls, so if you have trouble swallowing pills these will be easy for you.
How about you? Do you use probiotics in your supplement routine?
